With the school year coming up we all will have lots of opportunities to share the word of God. Just like Judd and Vicki were, we need to be brave and courageous. It'll be scary when you first talk to someone about God, but stay strong. Sometimes we don't even need to say anything to share the love of Jesus. We can just have a Christ-like attitude and be servants of God. We may not notice it, but others will. Try to be an encouragement to others, and you never know, they might come to know God because of you.
Here is the challenge: Choose one person you know, and make a commitment to do everything you can to show them the way of God.
This person may go to school with you, be on your sports team, or be a family member. Whoever it is, try your hardest to show them Gods love. I've picked who I will talk to and be an encouragement to. Now it's your turn. Leave a comment of the person's name you've picked and I will pray that you have the right words to say to them. If you find yourself stuck, or you are at a loss for words, pray that God will show you what to say and do. If you are scared or embarrassed, ask yourself, "What would Judd or Vicki do in this situation?" The most important thing to remember is to allow God to work in his own timing, and to pray for those who don't know the truth. And never forget, be courageous!
